Maintenance America started in 2010 with a simple promise from owner Tony Cuomo: treat every home like it's our own, and stand behind every job. Today that still means Tony shows up on site, our crew wears the uniform with pride, and our office staff actually answers the phone.

We're a family business in a city full of one-and-done operators. We aren't going anywhere, and our name is on every truck to prove it.
